These Terms and Conditions govern the website development, eCommerce development, and graphic design services provided by Kandha Fusion.
1. Scope of Services
We provide website design, website development, eCommerce website development (WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento), and graphic design services based on agreed quotation and project scope.
2. Project Development Stages
- Stage 1 – Planning and Approval: Requirement discussion, layout or structure approval, and hosting or platform setup.
- Stage 2 – Development: Website development, design implementation, content placement, and functional setup.
- Stage 3 – Testing and Go Live: Final testing, client approval, website launch, and final payment settlement.
3. Payment Terms
- Advance payment is required to begin any project.
- Second stage payment is required after development completion and approval.
- Final payment must be settled within 3 to 5 business days after the website goes live.
- Work, access, or support may be suspended if payment is delayed.
4. Pricing Terms
Project pricing is based on agreed features and scope. Any additional features, revisions beyond scope, or new requirements will be charged separately.
5. Content Terms
- Basic websites may include AI-generated content that is manually refined and humanized.
- Custom-written or fully human-developed content will be charged additionally.
- Clients must review and approve all content before final publishing.
6. Image Terms
- Free stock images or AI-generated images may be used for design purposes.
- Custom-designed images, premium stock images, or advanced editing will be chargeable.
- Clients must provide product images for eCommerce websites.
- Product image editing beyond 5 to 10 images may involve additional charges.
7. Basic eCommerce Package Limits
- Basic eCommerce packages include setup of up to 5 product categories due to budget limitations.
- We support adding a limited number of products (for example, up to 10 products per category) during initial setup.
- Additional product uploads or category creation will be chargeable.
- Clients may also add products themselves. We will provide basic guidance or teaching support on how to add products, images, and details.
- Bulk product upload, formatting, or corrections requested later may involve additional charges.
8. Shopify and Magento Terms
- Shopify and Magento may require subscription fees, hosting charges, paid themes, or extensions which must be paid by the client.
- Platform subscription, app fees, and third-party service charges are not included unless mentioned in quotation.
- Advanced customization or custom development will be charged separately.
9. Graphic Design Terms
- Graphic design services include limited revisions as agreed.
- Additional revisions or redesign requests beyond agreed scope may be chargeable.
- Editable or source files will be provided only if included in the quotation.
10. Client Responsibilities
- Providing required content, images, and approvals on time.
- Ensuring all materials provided are legally usable and do not violate copyright laws.
- Providing product details, descriptions, and pricing for eCommerce websites.
11. Approval and Revisions
Once a stage is approved, major changes requested later may be treated as additional work and charged accordingly.
12. Project Delay or Hold
If the client delays approvals, content, or communication for more than 15 days, the project may be placed on hold. Restarting the project may involve additional charges.
13. Hosting and Domain
Hosting and domain renewal charges must be paid before expiry. We are not responsible for downtime or loss caused by non-renewal.
14. Ownership and Payment Completion
The website, design, or deliverables remain under our control until full payment is completed. Full access or transfer will be provided after final payment.
15. Cancellation Policy
Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started and work has been initiated.
16. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for business losses, third-party service failures, hosting issues, or external platform problems.
17. Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time and will be published on this page.
